Blue Ribbon Bookkeepers
A cloud bookkeeping practice serving small businesses and equine operations nationwide — and a site built to make an unusual specialty read as an advantage rather than a curiosity.

The problem
Bookkeeping is sold on trust, and trust is difficult to signal to someone who has been on your site for four seconds. Blue Ribbon also had two audiences with almost nothing in common — ordinary small businesses, and horse operations with their own vocabulary, seasons, and cost structures — and one site to convince both.
What we built
A structure that lets each visitor find themselves quickly: the core practice up front, the equine specialty given its own room rather than buried as a footnote, and the services named the way an owner would describe them — cleanup, catch-up, reconciliation — instead of in accounting terms.
How it works
Cloud bookkeeping means the client can be anywhere, so the site reads as national without pretending to be larger than it is. Costs are laid out openly rather than hidden behind a consultation, because a practice whose whole promise is no surprises cannot make you ask. And it is built to be read on a phone in a barn aisle as comfortably as at a desk.
How it holds up
The site is static, fast, and cheap to run — nothing to patch, nothing to keep awake, no recurring platform bill quietly eating a small practice’s margin. It was built to be something their team can live with for years, not a project that needs us on retainer to stay online.
